Commands

Everything runs under one queue command. The server console can always use it.
Players need the admin ACE:

add_ace group.admin rivo_queue.admin allow

If your server also enforces FiveM's command ACL, add command.queue as well.

Arguments in <angle brackets> are required, [square brackets] are optional.
Identifiers always include their prefix, for example license:abc123 or
discord:123456789012345678.

Status

Command	What it does
`queue help`	Lists the commands
`queue list [n]`	Shows the first `n` waiting players (default 20) with points, tier and wait time
`queue slots`	Slot maths: online, loading, admitting, held, reserved, free, queued, plus any grace holds
`queue metrics`	Uptime, counters, peak queue, admits per hour, average and p95 wait, refusals by gate
`queue status`	Storage backend, Discord, webhook and maintenance state

Queue control

Command	What it does
`queue kick <identifier, server id or name> [reason]`	Removes a player from the queue and blocks them from reconnecting for `Config.kickCooldownSeconds`. Names must match exactly one player

Priority

Command	What it does
`queue prio add <identifier> <points> [category] [days]`	Saves a priority row. Without `days` it never expires
`queue prio remove <rowId>`	Deletes a row
`queue prio list [identifier]`	Lists stored rows, or only one identifier's rows

Example: queue prio add discord:123456789012345678 2500 tebex 30

To grant a tier, use the panel or the addPrio export with { tier = 'vip' }.

Bans

Command	What it does
`queue ban add <identifier> [days] [reason]`	Bans an identifier. Without `days` it is permanent
`queue ban remove <rowId>`	Lifts a ban
`queue ban list`	Lists bans

Bans refuse the next connection. They do not kick anyone already in game.

Maintenance

Command	What it does
`queue pause [duration] [reason]`	Only `Config.maintenance.defaultAllowTiers` may connect. Duration is `30m`, `2h`, `1d` or seconds. Without a duration it lasts until `queue resume`
`queue resume`	Ends maintenance mode

Other

Command	What it does
`queue webhook test`	Sends sample messages to your webhook so you can check the styling
`queue reload`	Re-reads `Config.tiers`. Other config changes need a resource restart
