LSFD Station 63, Vespucci Beach

A complete, fully interior fire station that replaces the vanilla building beside Vespucci Beach. It is built in a Classic LA firehouse style: white block walls, red trim, brass lettering and a glass-fronted apparatus hall that faces the beach plaza.

The Apparatus Bay

  • Three drive-through bays sized for an engine, a ladder and a second engine, with painted stall markings
  • Animated sectional bay doors that roll up section by section and stay in sync for every player
  • 19 turnout gear racks dressed with real firefighter coats, bunker pants, boots and helmets
  • Hose reels, extinguishers, tool chests, roof trusses and the LSFD badge on the wall
  • A full-height glass storefront, so the trucks are on show from the plaza

A Working Station, 28 Rooms

Ground floor

  • Lobby with the LSFD floor emblem, waiting area and a public counter
  • Watch office with a dispatch console and CCTV
  • Captain's office, public WC, SCBA and decon room, and a gear store
  • Functional training gym with a matted floor, punch bags, weights and bikes
  • Men's and women's locker rooms with tiled shower stalls
  • Training room, report room, laundry, plant room and storage

Upper floor

  • Crew kitchen with one long shared table, the classic firehouse meal
  • Study and library
  • Day room with tiered red recliners facing the TV
  • Four crew dorms with private bed cubicles
  • Captain's quarters and a washroom
  • A fire pole hole with a red guard rail and gate

The Yard

  • Gated rear yard with a sliding truck gate and a pedestrian gate
  • Crew parking bays
  • Brass station lettering and a hand-painted Station 63 mural

Built Right

  • Every interior door is a real GTA door, ready for your door lock system, with job-locked offices
  • Smooth stair collision, with no stepping or snagging
  • Glass and walls that collide from both sides
  • Per-room timecycles, so the interior never washes out grey at night
  • Optimised textures that stay within the streaming limits, and LODs tuned for the area
  • Vanilla map edits kept to the station's own footprint

Admin Controls

  • The /stationdoor command opens and closes the bays, the gates and the lobby, or everything at once
  • Permission-controlled through an ACE

Requirements

  • FiveM server on game build 3788 or later
  • OneSync recommended, for synced bay doors
